Visit: July 3, 2025 Restaurant is so clean with good food and helpful staff. It feels a real restaurant in Salmon Arm . After we finished and left we read that if you are at Hill Top hotel you can get 10% discount but no one told us that weather from hotel or restaurant , and so I am not sure of that information.

Fork Seasons is a wonderful addition to Salmon Arm. The city is frequently criticized for not having kid-friendly restaurants but this is the perfect spot to bring them. The food is delicious(!!), portion sizes are great and it’s affordable. There are some classics for those not wanting to step out of their comfort zone food-wise but lots of opportunities to try dishes that aren’t otherwise found in this area. The salmon Benedict on bannock will draw me back every time!

It’s our second visit to Fork seasons. We found this gem in our last road trip from Vancouver to Alberta. We had Laksa and Okonomiyaki in our last trip and we really missed the food. The quality of food and the atmosphere brought us back again. This summer we stopped by again. We ordered mushroom soup, Kare, curry and dumplings. Mushroom soup was rich in texture and creamy. I couldn’t help to finish all. We appreciate how they make the pork crispy but also soft and tender for Kare. Sometimes, crispy pork is over done or too oily in the other restaurants. It’s served the best with their own sauce. Curry was very impressive. It really spiced up my appetites. Their southeastern Asian dishes are very authentic and good price value. We can hardly find this quality of Asian food in many big cities. Owner of the restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. I even asked the owner if they want to move to Vancouver :) Fork seasons is truly a hidden gem in this beautiful town.

I went here with my family to celebrate my mother's birthday. The owners, chef, and staff are extremely hospitable and kind. We all had a generous portion of their delicious food, which left us feeling incredibly full. All of the meals were incredibly delicious and complemented one another. I love the atmosphere, it's perfect for a dinner reservation. They serve a wide range of cuisine. My fave are the beef tepanyaki and the stir fried pancit!! So good!! tho everything else were incredibly tasty dishes. Excellent work to the owner and chef. I'll definitely be returning here, and I also suggest this restaurant to friends who are visiting Salmon Arm for vacation because of its unique atmosphere and very good dining experience.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

Dining at Fork Seasons was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The food is nothing short of exceptional — each dish thoughtfully crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients that burst with flavor. Whether you’re indulging in their rich, savory entrées or the vibrant, beautifully plated appetizers, every bite tells a story of creativity and care. The menu is diverse yet cohesive, offering something for every palate without compromising on quality. Standout dishes like the Okonomiyaki a popular signature dish here, Fried rice, Thai green curry with chicken, gyoza, chicken satay it surely showcase the chef’s skill in blending bold flavors with finesse. Service is impeccable — attentive without being overbearing — and the ambiance strikes a perfect balance between cozy and refined. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and the food takes center stage. If you’re looking for a dining experience that satisfies the senses and leaves a lasting impression, Fork Seasons is an absolute must-visit. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had all year!

Very happy to have chanced upon a restaurant in Salmon Arm with familiar dishes from Singapore and run by a fellow Singaporean too! Tried the laksa , chicken rice, and chef’s special okonomiyaki . All were absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic (like home). The owner was warm, genuine, and offered great recommendations. It was also really nice to have a chat with him. Also would like to give a compliment to the waitress , who was very cheerful and had a bright and optimistic energy about her . Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Good food in a restaurant is more than just a meal—it’s an experience. Each dish should be carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and attention to detail. The aroma invites you before the first bite, the presentation pleases the eye, and the taste leaves you satisfied yet eager to return. Whether it’s a simple plate of comfort food or a gourmet creation, truly good food makes you feel cared for. In a great restaurant, every bite tells a story of passion, quality, and hospitality.
